User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between One Love Club ("OLC") and users ("User" or "You") of the oneloveclub.org website ("Website").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for an account on the oneloveclub.org website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not sign up for an account or use the Website.

2. Indemnification

By using the oneloveclub.org website, including but not limited to the calendar of events, the marketplace, and the jobs listing pages, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Website;
• Your violation of any term of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or
• Your violation of the rights of any third party.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall OLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if OLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Release

You hereby release OLC from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes between you and third parties in connection with the Website.

5. Modification of Terms

OLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OLC regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.

By signing up for an account on the oneloveclub.org website and using the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
